Open space in Warsaw

When I saw this open space, in a building in the center of Warsaw, I realized that I could do a little experiment that combined functionality with aesthetics.
The large and beautiful windows that occupy both sides of this space, broken only by the wall of an elevator that leads directly into the apartment, did not offer any support for furniture.
The idea was to build in the center of the room a multifunctional cube to house on one side the wardrobe, on the second side the furniture of the kitchen and on the third side retractable stairs to access th space above the cube that it serves as a second bedroom.
The two ends of the large room were "cut off" so as to achieve two bathrooms. The rest of the open space is divided into a living area and a sleeping area.

I have kept and restored the original bricks. I softened the gray areas of the containers by opting for a white concrete floor that reflects the light coming through the windows. I dared to use vibrant colors, such as orange and yellow. The sofas are of the company Ville Venete, the four-poster bed is SoftHouse, the upholstery of the chairs, realized by an Italian artisan on my drawing, is by Christopher Farr, as well as the carpets. The tables are Flamant. The lights above the marble kitchen island are Davide Groppi.
